Albacon 2012 will once again include the LASTSFA Writers Workshop. The Workshop Reception is on Thursday night at 6:00pm. The Reception has a fee of $25.00, but you do not need to be a member of the Workshop to attend. Workshop events are geared toward professional development. The Reception is a great opportunity to network with other professionals and fans in a small venue before the main convention starts. At least one GoH is planning to attend, but we're not telling which one yet. You may register for the Workshop and the Reception on-line when you register for your convention membership.
At this time, Workshop events are planned to run on Friday morning and afternoon. There is no cost for the Workshop, only the Reception.
At this time, the main convention is planned to kick off about 5:00pm on Friday. Stay tuned for more details!
